10th ID bashes Canadian gov’t for travel advisory vs Mindanao

Following the impact of a Low-Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Northern and Southern Mindanao, local government units (LGUs) in Davao Oriental have collectively suspended classes and government and private offices.
