MANILA, April 30 (Xinhua) -- A speeding bus crashed into several vehicles along a busy highway in the Philippine capital on Monday night, killing three and injuring 17 others, police said on Tuesday. MANILA, April 22 (Xinhua) -- Two people died and nine were injured in a fire that gutted a residential area in the Philippine capital on Monday afternoon, the Bureau of Fire Protection said.
