MANILA, June 6 (Xinhua) -- The unemployment rate in the Philippines increased to 4 percent in April from 3.9 percent in March, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said Thursday. MANILA, March 12 (Xinhua) -- The Philippines' total external trade in goods declined 2.1 percent year-on-year in January to 16.09 billion U.S. dollars, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said on Tuesday.
