CTTMO heightens 20-sec rule for PUVs
The City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO) in Davao City is intensifying the enforcement of the 20-second rule for public utility vehicles (PUVs) in loading/non-loading areas to alleviate traffic congestion during peak hours. Additionally, the CTTMO is increasing efforts to curb illegally parked cars and urging drivers to keep intersections clear. These measures, along with the enforcement of the new speed limit policy, aim to promote safe and orderly traffic. Abude emphasized the importance of motorists' cooperation in respecting traffic rules and regulations for a disciplined and courteous driving environment......»»
