MANILA, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) -- Two Filipinos died and two foreign travelers were wounded in a sea collision off Batangas province, south of Manila, around noontime on Wednesday, authorities said. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said the accident happened around 12:30 p.m. local time near Matoco Point in Batangas City and involved the passenger ship MV Ocean Jet 6 and a water taxi.
