Another bridge in Davao Oriental collapsed
A bridge in Caraga, Davao Oriental collapsed due to continuous heavy rains, following the impact of Tropical Depression Kabayan. DPWH tallies 268 gov’t and school buildings partially destroyed in Hinatuan quake
