Following the impact of a Low-Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Northern and Southern Mindanao, local government units (LGUs) in Davao Oriental have collectively suspended classes and government and private offices. The Bureau of Fire Protection and other government agencies have rescued families affected by flash floods in Cateel and Caraga.
