WATCH: Family Guy’s Pete and Stewie make fun of Jimmy Kimmel

Cartoon characters and real life people hilariously interacted when the American animated sitcom "Family Guy" had two of its stars become audience members in the talk show "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" In the show's clip, it can be seen that the father-and-son characters of Pete and Stewie Griffin engaged in some banter with Kimmel, as part of his monologue. Trump wishes for better libel laws after book slams him

Published: 6:52 p.m., Jan. 7, 2018 | Updated: 12:29 p.m., Jan. 8, 2018 WASHINGTON --- Plainly agitated by a new book portraying him as dysfunctional, President Donald Trump is bemoaning his country's "very weak" liberal laws and making the case that he's "like, really smart" and, indeed, a "very stable genius." Trump defense of his mental fitness in a series of tweets was a singular episode in a presidency rife with moments unlike any that have come before in that office. He was pushing back against "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House," which paints him as a leader who doesn't understand the weight of his office and whose competence is questioned by aides. Pierce doesn t want Thomas video tribute on his night

NBA.com staff report When Paul Pierce gets his jersey retired in Boston next month, he's not interested in seeing any Isaiah Thomas tribute video being played. On Thursday's episode of The Jump, Pierce made it known that after all he's done for the Celtics organization, he'd prefer that night be solely for him. “On February 11, the night I get my jersey retired, I’m not sure I want to look up at the jumbotron and see Isaiah highlights. After all the years I put in … hopefully the Boston Celtics will do that for me. I’m not sure if I want to see an Isaiah video that night" A video tribute was originally set to be played on Wednesday (Thursday, PHL time) when Thomas returned to Boston, but the Cavaliers guard asked the team to hold off. Thomas didn't play in the game and his family wasn't in attendance. Prior to Pierce's comments, Danny Ainge said the team will air the video tribute on February 11 (Feb. 12, PHL time) when the Cavaliers next play in Boston, per ESPN. Danny Ainge said on @Toucherandrich that team will run Isaiah Thomas tribute video on Feb. 11 and doesn’t think it’ll take away anything from Paul Pierce’s night. — Chris Forsberg (@ESPNForsberg) January 4, 2018 With Pierce's feeling of the matter now out there, it wouldn't be a shocker for the franchise to reverse course and save Thomas' tribute for another time. "Come February 11, you might have to wait until next year,” Pierce said......»»

‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ gets a multiracial cast–finally

Even as "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" lays waste, Death Star-style, the box office, the movie is also doing away with something previously omnipotent and omnipresent---bad Hollywood casting choices. This is a very positive development, and one that truly brings the Star Wars franchise into the current era. When "Star Wars: Episode IV--A New Hope" first appeared in theaters in 1977, it was much a product of its time. George Lucas---working on what he called "the most expensive low-budget movie ever"---never intended any kind of slight when he cast his film. But a scan of the characters already shows what was common then: a cast almost completely populated by white males, even though ...Keep on reading: ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ gets a multiracial cast–finally.....»»
