The local stock barometer ended flat but stayed above the 8,900 level yesterday as some investors reassessed their portfolios following the recent run-up to record highs. The main-share Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) shed 3.43 points or 0.04 percent to close at 8,920.29.
