The barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections will be held as scheduled in May, Malacaang said on Monday, disputing Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon's warning that President Duterte's allies in the House of Representatives are plotting to postpone the two ballotings as a first step to extending their terms.
