More than 20,000 pass August 2018 civil service exams

          A total of 22,087 examinees passed the August 12 Career Service Professional and Subprofessional examinations, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) said on Wednesday.   Of the 159,283 examinees who took the Professional category exam, 19,510 passed with a passing rate of 12.25 percent. 8-mo trade gap hits $26B
