MANILA, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Monday said it will provide grants totaling 655,000 U.S. dollars for the digitization of nine rural banks and a bank consortium in the Philippines. MANILA, Feb. 15 (Xinhua) -- The Philippine central bank opted Thursday to keep the bank's target reverse repurchase rate unchanged at 6.5 percent, and thus the interest rates on the overnight deposit and lending facilities were kept at 6 percent and 7 percent, respectively.
