LPA off Mindanao to develop into tropical depression – Pagasa

‘Agaton’ moves toward Palawan; storm signal lifted from 7 areas

Cyclone warning in some provinces in the Visayas and Mindanao were lifted as tropical depression "Agaton" moved west Tuesday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Storm signals over Southern Leyte, Surigao del Norte, including Siargao Island, Agusan del Norte, Dinagat Island, Northern Misamis Oriental, Camiguin, and Zamboanga del Norte were removed by Pagasa. ‘Vinta’ re-intensifies into severe tropical storm before Palawan landfall

"Vinta" continued to pose a threat as it re-intensified into a severe tropical storm on Saturday afternoon, ahead of its expected landfall in southern Palawan, the state weather bureau said. LPA turns into Tropical Depression ‘Urduja’

A low pressure area east of Surigao del Norte has turned into Tropical Depression "Urduja," according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). In its 5:00 pm bulletin on Tuesday, Pagasa said that Urduja was last spotted 480 km east of Surigao City. It was packing maximum sustained winds of up to 55 kph with a gustiness of up to 65 kph. ‘Salome’ exits PAR: new weather disturbance spotted

Tropical Storm Salome (international name Haikui) left the Philippine area of responsibility earlySaturdaybut the state weather bureau is monitoring a new weather disturbance over Mindanao. Salome was last spotted 370 kilometers west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
