CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY---The National Food Authority (NFA) in Northern Mindanao belied reports of rice hoarding at the Mindanao Container Terminal (MCT) in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. PH Coast Guard seizes 22,000 bags of smuggled rice in Basilan
